Our service

The focal point of our services lies in advising and supporting our customers, as well as in manufacturing tools for user-specific grinding applications. To meet diverse requirements for the grinding process, we produce tools from an inventory of varying diamond and CBN grits with differing behavioural characteristics. What we offer:

• Consulting regarding the design and usage of our tools
• Adoption, optimisation or preparation of construction drawings
• End-to-end manufacture of tools, beginning with the smallest mandrels through to grinding wheels in all conventional sizes
• Re-plating of proprietary or third-party electroplated tools
• Assistance in designing grinding tools as medical products
