Our assortment of diamond tools for the dental sector ranges from FG burs through to plaster trimmer wheels.
We are the only manufacturer that supplies rotating diamond instruments for turbines, not only in different grit sizes (ISO 504 - ISO 554), but also with two types of grit for medium grit sizes:
- Natural diamond crystals typically have an irregular shape and sharp cutting edges which ensure a quick removal of material.
- From the block-type, synthetic diamond crystals we have developed a layer which provides for a gentle preparation with less surface roughness.
These tools have a black layer to enhance the optical contrast between the tool and tooth.
Only hardened stainless chrome/nickel steels are used as the basic material for our rotating diamond tools (with the exception of a few cutting discs).
The tolerances of the shank diameters of the FG tools exceed the requirements of the ISO standard. We grind the shanks to tight tolerances for a reliable and firm fit, which minimises the run-out and protects the drive elements.
We have also introduced a new generation of tools (High-QPlus). These multilayer diamond instruments are especially durable.
